Founded in 1997 in Iraan, Texas, Leo and Son began as a provider of roustabout and welding services. Over the years, we have grown in both scope and expertise, establishing a second location in Hobbs, New Mexico to better serve clients across the Permian Basin. In 2023, we expanded our capabilities further by adding a dedicated design services team and engineering support, enabling us to deliver comprehensive, turnkey project solutions.
